Well, when Ivanka doesn’t want to play in Trump’s sandcastle, you know his Presidential game is over!
In a statement posted to Instagram, Ivanka Trump — who served as an adviser to her father during his one term in the White House — said she does “not plan to be involved in politics” during his quest for another one. https://t.co/SaLWxZs9m2

The absurdity of Trump was never better illustrated than at his 11/15 Mar-a-Lago Presidential announcement, ever so sparingly as a minor but small front-page item in the Washington Post AND perfectly captured by this 11/15 NY Times article.
Trump, who shook the institutions of democracy, declared a run for president on Tuesday night. https://t.co/xLUu4UftlD

Reading this above NY Times list of outright Trump lies is almost exhausting!
The significant majority of the elected Congressional GOP, refusing or even apparently seeking redemption from their unconscionable abidance of his criminal behavior, will claim that DeSantis represents the avatar of change the country needs when the Florida Governor is just Trump in disguise.

Long ago, many prophesied that Trump’s history would finally bring a heel to heel!
However, Trump’s fantasy fandango captured and still holds many MAGA racist cultists willing to believe he offers them a path to a better life. Wonder how his lavish Mar-a-Lago life style squares with the pay check to pay check crowd?
Turns out that when you appoint 3 religious zealots and you turn our Supreme Court into a sepulcher for religious extremism and offer prospect of the same religious based decisions even those more conservative women among us, who were feeling impact from our inflation (also worldwide inflation), felt impelled to vote on a bi-partisan basis for choice along with many independents who also embrace democracy over authoritarianism!
Trump’s key election deniers such as Arizona Gubernatorial candidate, Kari Lake, all really got totaled.
So, we now will likely get the unabashed Kevin McCarthy as US House Speaker and the continuation of Minority Leader Mitch McConnell to keep denying that Biden did well despite the GOP’s almost total intransigence.
As I noted in my last article, indicting Trump could be judged politically unwise so that our leaders can fully key on issues as population induced environmental challenges, abortion choice, infrastructure, and Ukraine without his distracting bloviating.
Trump Finished? Clearly Since Racists & Cultists Are Now Going To Get More And More Rejected! https://t.co/IcpBjUdDIG via @ChurchAndStateN

Where was a current GOP leader like Barry Goldwater who axed Nixon’s then unprecedented behavior, when Trump should, after 2 impeachments, have been indicted and exited.
We now with his 2024 announcement have no way to keep him from inflicting his further distractive bad behavior on our democracy.
Thus, indictments for his uniquely felonious crimes now seems necessary. Who will be first to charge him?
One friend told me the DOJ insiders’ nickname for the Attorney General, whose Trump indictment seems unduly delayed, is Merrick the Meek.
To be continued like an old Stella Dallas soap opera! Remember her?
It’s hard to believe what has happened politically since 2016.
