Now since such errant behavior has only been discovered by researchers in only a thousand animal species the hundreds of US anti LBGTQ folks better get busy or some undiscovered gay animal might get into their bailiwicks! Are any of their pets gay?
Famous composer and openly gay Cole Porter who died in 1964 wrote a song about gay birds and bees. You might find interesting several paragraphs about human and animal gayness from the below National Geographic article.
So how far can we go in using animals to help us understand human homosexuality? Robin Dunbar is a professor of evolutionary psychology at the University of Liverpool, England. “The bottom line is that anything that happens in other primates, and particularly other apes, is likely to have strong evolutionary continuity with what happens in humans,” he said.
Dunbar says the bonobo’s use of homosexual activity for social bonding is a possible example, adding, “One of the main arguments for human homosexual behavior is that it helps bond male groups together, particularly where a group of individuals are dependent on each other, as they might be in hunting or warfare.”
For instance, the Spartans, in ancient Greece, encouraged homosexuality among their elite troops. “They had the not unreasonable belief that individuals would stick by and make all efforts to rescue other individuals if they had a lover relationship,” Dunbar added.
If homosexuality is unnatural as claimed by Twitter Islamists, why is there homosexual activity within the animal kingdom.https://t.co/7vQm6HsUn5

Finding such anti-gay folks is highly profitable!! For example, “Organizations identified as anti-LGBTQ hate groups by the Southern Poverty Law Center have seen revenue soar as the battle over gay and trans rights rages nationwide. In today’s heightened culture war, the coffers of the anti-gay movement are overflowing. According to publicly available annual returns, 11 nonprofit groups identified as anti-LGBTQ hate groups by the Southern Poverty Law Center took in over $110 million in contributions during the financial year ending in 2020.”

The Supreme Court majority probably joins its newest member Amy Barrett as anti-gay as this quote from the above article tells us:
Congress is considering the Equality Act, which would amend the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex, sexual orientation and gender identity. But passage of the law is far from ensured: All Democratic-voting senators and 10 Senate Republicans would need to vote in favor of the measure to overcome the filibuster.
Even then, the law could still meet its demise in the courts. While the Supreme Court has a history of affirming LGBTQ rights, conservatives now command a solid majority.
The most recent addition to the court, Justice Amy Coney Barrett, even has a past with members of the anti-LGBTQ movement. From 2011 to 2016, Barrett gave lectures on five different occasions to the Blackstone Legal Fellowship, the Alliance Defending Freedom’s flagship summer program for Christian law students. During her confirmation hearing in 2020, Barrett described her experience with the Blackstone Legal Fellowship as a “wonderful one” but also said that “nothing about any of my interactions … were ever indicative of any kind of discrimination on the basis of anything.”
Not that these anti-gay fund raisers need any help but how about a sales slogan for personnel working to inspire these gay haters?
“As long as we were officially sick, there was no chance that we would be officially equal,” said author Charles Kaiser. “He called the APA vote “the single most important event in the history of gay liberation after the Stonewall riots.” https://t.co/Mi27Htz1UG

“Keep gays at bay as we make it pay!”
Or
“If hot asses make passes, we will help you find anti-gay masses to help your harasses.” From whom one might reasonably ask? Let’s ferret them out, they scream!
“A gay cow? Will that deviant be welcome in Texas? Call your Governor!”
Do anti-gay groups believe in anti-abortion laws?
Yep! Some of those folks worry about these groups peddling such beliefs in transgenderism to young people! I assume that most young people who are gay or transgender aren’t confused about who they are, but the kind of guilt trips these anti-gay groups put forward is exactly analogous to the manic efforts of the religiously driven anti-abortion folks who don’t care about the circumstances of a pregnant woman who doesn’t want to be pregnant.

Of course, there seem to offbeat LGBTQ folks who are also like the Supreme Court majority anti-choice! Read the headline and article here.
Far-right politicians are running hard with this tactic. In Michigan, the GOP’s top of the ticket candidates are campaigning on “internal enemy” messaging tactics. @HRC just did a quick round up of some of these horrendous statements: 10/ https://t.co/hk60WECxvQ

Gays certainly aren’t jealous that they can’t get pregnant. In fact, many gay people adopt babies. One woman in my family had a fertility transplant which produced a baby boy whom she and her wife raised and watched graduate recently from college.
Biases throughout human history have been capable of mass murder and cultural dislocations of all sorts. They never seem to go away. What really ties these groups together is the fantasy of religion which with no evidence except their own personal biases allows them to favor views they dub Christian, but certainly not taken by all Christians.
