Henry VIII got to kill wives. And now as result of the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision to kill Roe Casey on June 24, 2022 the MAGA Trump controlled GOP allowed the US Catholic controlled Supreme Court to kill women.
Will the Court next say the mifepristone pill approved by the FDA 23 years ago can’t be used nationally to perform medical abortions in the privacy of women’s homes?? We will soon find out.

Perhaps the Court next will outlaw men’s rights to get a vasectomy!!! Or keep men from getting a prostate operation so no sperm goes without a chance to find its way up the canal to a pregnancy.
250 drug companies have written protest letters about this Texas judge’s opinion and a decision taking the opposite opinion by a Washington state judge will both likely be heard at the SC together soon.
The US Justice Department filed an appeal against the Texas decision. Read here.
Just in: The 5th Circuit has asked the antiabortion groups seeking to undo FDA approval of mifepristone to respond to DOJ's appeal by midnight Tuesday.
The order comes from the 5th Circuit clerk. No word on which three-judge panel will review the case.

Our now disgraced US Supreme Court in killing Roe with its Dobbs decision took away the long established national right of women to gain safe abortions.
The ensuing results of the diverse and dangerous assault on choice in many states will make abortion rights the central issue of the 2024 elections because of the symbolic assault on freedom generally.
In killing Roe, the Supreme Court cast aside 50 years of women’s long held rights (in law known as stare decisis) to privacy, personal freedom and safety for women and their families. The GOP has already paid a price at the ballot box in the midterm elections for this vicious tyranny and will pay much more in 2024.
Wonder how many fancy Clarence and Ginni Thomas trips from Mr. Crowe will ensue while desperate women must seek expensive potentially dangerous out of state abortions? Well at least he has promised to tell about the trips after not telling about them for 20 years.
Banning the national right to abortion, which Thomas and his ideological colleagues have sought to accomplish, only means banning safe abortions.
Now as the right-wing GOP cancer of abortion death spreads across America, ways urgently must emerge to fight these anti-choice zealots. The MAGA Trump controlled GOP seeks to accomplish other tyrannies which also include racism like the racism of the exiting of 2 black Tennessee lawmakers but not a white woman lawmaker for the same alleged offence, blocking minority voting, attacking the LGBGTQ community and seeking to make us a Christian Nationalist nation just to name a few.
