We should be able to nominate any honorable politician to run against Trump and win based on the dangerous prospects Trump has clearly stated as his plans for his 2nd term!
We have one! Joe Biden who may not last 4 more years but is entirely beside the point!
Trump not only threatens our democracy but the future of the world.
In calling climate change a hoax Trump denies the ample science of his stupidity now being proven by weather catastrophes and global warming!

If Trump gains the Presidency, he will exercise the unconscionable powers given by the Supreme Court’s immunity decision and further attack women’s health and privacy by restricting access to abortion.
I have written often of the other crimes Trump has committed which may thanks to our ideologically flawed Supreme Court never permit his conviction for his major crime of trying steal the 2020 election.
You have repeatedly read here documented accounts from reliable sources listing major effects his election will foster including his constant lying about 2020 election fraud. Undermining faith in our basic public and private institutions has been his constant objective since his first election and will accelerate if he is reelected.
In my opinion, what Biden and his campaign team headed by his VP Kamala Harris need to do in the campaign is tell the ghastly Trump story all over the USA again and again and the majority of voters will see what they must do!!
Of course, funding will be important. However, there are over 700 US billionaires some of whom could fill in for any billionaires who don’t want to give more.
Let’s get refocused quickly and stop harboring fears about polls which enough voters will ignore and on November 5th they will vote against Trump’s obvious corruption, lying, and felonious conduct!
Democrats must unite and stop being fearful of defeat as we have known all along this was a tight election race.
