After or before the midterms will Trump be ousted using the 25th amendment?

Trump’s bizarre and treasonous behavior has now reached the point where there is growing commentary about his health. Frightening is the likelihood that Stephen Miller and Attorney General Bondi may now be making many of the key decisions in running the Presidency.

Of course, the basis of the current Trump midterm election strategy is to make it harder to vote in big blue state cities with high populations of minorities. He therefore calls on Republicans to nationalize the elections to be controlled by the federal government, which, of course, will not happen.

Since we know their steal votes strategy is to create an authoritarian condition of governance, we will undoubtedly see the continuation of activities such as what Steve Bannon proposes for surrounding the polling places with ICE goons to intimidate voters to stay away.

No illegal immigrants have voted in past elections!!

Now we also have the Georgia grab of the voting records from 2020 election and demands foe records from other blue states. He still claims he lost the election in 2020 through fraud which has been disproved multiple times.

Will that Minneapolis occupation continue? For how long? Further efforts are underway to plant ICE troops in other democratic cities!!

So, at this point, the solution becomes very urgent and obvious which means using the 25th amendment of the Constitution to take Trump out of office.

Then, of course, add to Trump’s other recent moves such as the unwise Venezuelan invasion, the Trump assertion about Greenland and the continuing aggressive actions against our 80 year allies in NATO.

Jack Smith’s recent testimony confirms that Trump attempted a coup on January 6, 2021, and conviction would have been certain if he had stood trial.

Since the Supreme Court has given Trump complete immunity for his bizarre and illegal and unconstitutional behavior, the options are limited for stopping, what could be a further string of crazy aggressive efforts to further kill our democracy in the months remaining before midterm elections on November 5.

Many billionaires may prefer to fully control the government, but since Citizens United in 2010, they already exert significant influence through unlimited donations. However, Trump’s actions have prompted many American voters to support Democrats out of concern.

In fact, dismay over the behavior of ICE in Minneapolis and the growing attacks on citizens there and elsewhere won’t be resolved simply which Trump seems not willing to do.

Having read the detailed Wikipedia article on Trump’s failing health through January 29th, I believe increased reporting will make it harder to conceal his mental and physical disabilities.

Trump’s faithful MAGA base has become severely eroded by the avalanche of information from the Jeffrey Epstein files which clearly implicate Trump in behavior similar to many of those have which have been identified as having been involved.

GOP Congressional officials now face a difficult situation with no easy solutions.

When will they decide on whether to exercise the 25th amendment, which would seem to be entirely possible since they would have full Democratic support to do so.

At least that would give the disgraced GOP a time of shame by installing JD Vance to see if they could manipulate Vance’s knee jerk affection for Trump into a slightly changed program about the ICE attacks by the midterms or ASAP.

Efforts to influence voting will likely continue. Giving the GOP time to respond may appease enough GOP/MAGA voters to retain the Senate, though the House is expected to be lost. The 25th Amendment, created after President Wilson’s incapacity, is a modern addition to the U.S. Constitution.

Will the 25th amendment be invoked? It could, ironically, benefit both the GOP and Democrats.
