After bashing our NATO allies and many others with stupid comments and dangerous missives of support for Ukraine, Trump is finally getting what he so richly deserves. Nobody is going to flood down to the Straits of Hormuz to bail him out.
He keeps going in the wrong direction and now we’re talking about an attack on Cuba, which of course would doubtless please his billionaire buddies, and as Ike once told to beware of the military industrial complex, we are now fully utilizing all the money we spent on defense far more than any other country in the world and finding out that bombing people does not win the game.
Of course, a reading of our history from the very first days of the construction of our constitution and bill of rights, we discovered that those documents were created to maintain order and discipline that would benefit the interests of the most wealthy well-positioned members of our society. That has prevailed throughout our history, and it gets more and more outrageous as we instituted Citizens United in 2010, which allowed the Rich to finance our political campaigns at whatever amount of money they chose to give which gave Elon Musk a chance to give Trump $288 million for the last election.

Anyone who thinks that the situation is going to change or that we will ever get the 67 votes needed to take this guy out of Office is dreaming.
The resignation of the senior head of the national counterintelligence department is a brave act, showing principle and integrity, but there are no other principal members of the Trump GOP to help stop this madman from his traverse across all of our traditions and against anyone who isn’t white or willing to bow to his every wish.
