One need not to go back to his two impeachments or the Senate’s abject failure under Leader Mitch McConnell’s leadership to oust Trump for high treason for his attempted coup at the US Capitol on 1/6/21 since those are already so well documented.
Here is a short current list which probably contains some hangovers from his earlier criminal behavior.
Let us consider these early days of his second term with items which might cause readers to agree with my diagnosis that the only solution to saving our democracy demands Trump’s impeachment, indictment, and ouster from government life forever.
Before beginning the following list of some of his felonious behavior, it is particularly important to note that in these first 40 days of the second Trump term, the USA we so treasured, has managed to lose its reputation as a responsible ally with NATO and the respect from countless nations around the world. Our Ambassador voted twice in the UN not to condemn Russia for invading Ukraine.
Read that sad full account here.
Yesterday's UN General Assembly & Security Council votes on #Ukraine showed signs of a jaw-dropping diplomatic realignment for the US — joining forces with #Russia against its traditional allies & friends in Europe. Here's the @BBCWorld's take: https://t.co/xOjHPDX0lO pic.twitter.com/TYnjEdF4i0

Now we see the continuation of Trump’s close relations with Putin. Our loss of integrity cannot be easily recovered until we have new leadership.
Now to the short list, which is evolving and is far from complete.
One would be his wholesale pardoning of all those convicted for their attack on US capital on January 6, 2021.
Two would be his attempt to realign 80 years of world safety under NATO by siding with Putin on the negotiations to bring the Ukraine war to an end in a way that would provide Ukraine with protective insurances against a resumption of Russian attack.
Three as negotiations continue with Zelensky as Trump attempts to force him into a rare earth agreement without assurance of American involvement in protecting Ukraine from Russian aggression.
Before negotiations are reported to be resumed, Trump on March 4th ordered a pause in sending US arms shipments to Ukraine and withdrew use of our intelligence capabilities which helped identify incoming Russian missiles and the location of its attacking forces.

Fourth in destroying our international reputation for promoting democracy and standing up for allies that are not as strong as we are only encourages in China to consider attacking Taiwan as America retreats into a form of isolationism, which reminds one what prevailed in America before Pearl Harbor.
Fifth in the most reprehensible and stupid Elon Musk’s attack on government institutions, I would cite his destruction of USAID which at very low cost of less than one percent of the total federal budget provided substantial assistance to the poorest and neediest of the countries around the world, and destroyed our image of integrity and cooperation perhaps forever. Meanwhile, the USAID withdrawal will be replaced by attempts from Russia and China!
Sixth, the economic Follies of Trump’s 2nd term will require some time to permeate to all citizens, including those who voted for Trump because of high prices, but their mistake will be quickly very clear before long!
Putting punitive tariffs in place will soon increase inflation, which will be levied to each household at about $1500 a year, which will make a substantial difference on those voters who have been living paycheck to paycheck, as 60% of our citizens.
Today, Trump temporarily eliminated his own tariffs to "protect American car manufacturers and American farmers."
I could watch this a million times. pic.twitter.com/3FCyuSHxx0

Seventh will prove to be the firing of many vital core seasoned federal government employees who are serving around the country in vital capacities such as regarding our national parks and other precious assets.
Eighth should have been presented at the top of the list since it is one of the key issues Trump ran on in his 2024 presidential campaign, which is of course immigration. Trump is correct in saying that immigration is now virtually stopped and the process of finding any immigrants who have migrated illegally for deportation has begun. Most here illegally are not dangerous criminals as he has been alleging since 2015.
The imminent deportation process has been well initiated and some who have been here for some time are frightened, having less help that is required for important functions, such as farming, will be deeply affected. For decades, legislation needed to make the process legal and workable has been ignored by both parties.
Now the process will be done akin to the wrecking ball versus a scalpel approach Musk is using on reducing fat in government. Both threats are overrated and politically argued instead of sensibly and competently managed with both parties involved.
Elon Musk isn’t a genius—he’s a government-funded grifter under investigation. Every contract, every dollar, every scandal—it all connects.

Ninth, as we watch the reaction from the GOP Congress in failing to stand up to Trump’s willingness to take away their power, we can be very concerned of his ignoring our laws, including our constitution will speedy install him as an authoritarian a king, something that instigated our 1774 revolution against the British.
In summary, there are many other fallacious initiatives that came out of nearly 100 executive orders. We hope that most of those orders cannot survive if stopped by the courts in multiple lawsuits or even—if unlikely–proper legislative action by the Congress that now has so divided these incumbents that constructive governance cannot be conducted.
Again, the major Trump solution was featured at my latest book, about to be published later this month, with its cover featuring the historic February 28th meeting between Zelensky, Trump and Vance.
Stay tuned as this list will grow rapidly.
