We have already heard about the many instances of ICE arrest in the US which are done without properly observing the rights of individuals.
There is growing concern about this lack of legality in the absence of criteria to determine the basis for the ICE behavior.
Now, however, we are learning about the horrendously, savage and cruel conditions under which some migrants are being deported, not to their home countries, but to incarceration in El Salvador, prisons where their treatment is so utterly inhumane.
The Washington Post published on July 22nd two stories one which you can read here which confirms the above.
Exclusive: ICE has directed personnel to increase the number of immigrants they shackle with GPS-enabled ankle monitors, as the Trump administration widens surveillance of people it is targeting for deportation. https://t.co/QB70X9yhD4

It is hard to imagine this behavior by the US government has occurred at all, but now that we know it we wonder if anyone in the gutless GOP will be willing to acknowledge and correct the situation?
The continued undermining of our legal system by the appointment of local prosecutors, who are blatantly committed to obeying fealty to Trump will have to be solved.
Based on the above, no one can feel comfortable about where we are going, knowing that Trump’s criminal administration of the present illegal immigrants presents an intolerable story.
It is hard to imagine the alleged behavior which cannot be completely confirmed, but if even a fraction of the treatment described is true there is a profound urgency to seeking corrective action. I have no idea what such action might be or how it could be implemented, but the guilt we should all feel in reading stories like thisstrike at the heart of what we imagined our democracy to be.
U.S. deportees, freed from Salvadoran prison, describe ‘horror movie”.
Julio González Jr. had agreed to be deported to Venezuela. When the 36-year-old office cleaner and house painter boarded the flight in Texas in March, he assumed it would take him back to his home country.
Instead, the plane landed in El Salvador.
“The horror movie started there,” González said Tuesday.
When the shackled men refused to get off the plane, González and two other detainees told The Washington Post that they were yanked by their feet, beaten and shoved off board as the plane’s crew began to cry. Dozens of migrants were forced onto a bus and driven to a massive gray complex. They were ordered to kneel there with their foreheads pressed against the ground as guards pointed guns directly at them.
“Welcome to El Salvador, you sons of b—–s,” a hooded figure told them, González recalled. They had arrived at El Salvador’s Terrorism Confinement Center, known as CECOT. The United States has paid the Salvadoran government of President Nayib Bukele $6 million to hold hundreds of migrants rounded up in President Donald Trump’s mass removals — many without ties to El Salvador, many without criminal charges — at the world’s largest prison.

Julio González Jr., released last week from the Terrorism Confinement Center, said he was beaten, robbed of thousands of dollars and denied a lawyer.
“I practically felt like an animal,” González told The Post. https://t.co/pqY4qpDyIJ

Trump’s immigration deportations are criminal!
In another attempt to undermine our judicial system, judges’ move to oust a totally bias Trump U.S. attorney pick Alina Habba triggers a showdown.
Federal judges in New Jersey declined Tuesday to appoint Alina Habba, President Donald Trump’s pick for U.S. attorney in the state, to continue serving in that role, delivering a resounding rebuke to one of his administration’s most polarizing Justice Department appointees and teeing up a showdown over who would lead the office.
“A panel of the state’s U.S. district court judges made the announcement in a brief order that did not offer any explanation for its decision. The order — signed by Renée Marie Bumb, the chief federal judge in the state — appointed Desiree Leigh Grace, a career prosecutor whom Habba had named as her first assistant, as her replacement. But within hours, top Justice Department officials announced they had fired Grace and reinstated Habba “pursuant to the president’s authority.”
“This Department of Justice does not tolerate rogue judges — especially when they threaten the president’s core Article II powers,” Attorney General Pam Bondi said in a statement. Bondi referred to the constitutional provision that grants presidents broad decision-making authority, which the Trump administration has cited as justification for many of its most controversial moves.
Here’s another case where Trump is trying to use the judiciary to completely undermine that part of our checks and balances and in doing what this article now suggests has created a crisis which has to be solved but has not surfaced with somebody who seems to have an answer.

These two examples, one of illegal deportation practices which defy the law and all decent humanity along with example two, the blatant attempt to put a totally biased judge in a key jurisdiction demonstrates the overall power of this out-of-control President and his allies who seem utterly pliant to any crime Trump orders.
This loss of citizen control of our democracy has become more apparent with the myriads of illegal moves made without any serious complaint and covered up with blatant lies that astound reason and fact. No wonder more and more of our citizens from all political beliefs have questioned our government and we know that once trust in our government has lost democracy cannot survive.
