As Trump continues his almost daily string of crimes against our democracy, using his office to accumulate unconscionable wealth, suppressing the release of the Jeffery Epstein files, he fails in every respect, to follow the Constitution of the United States and the rule of law.
The GOP members of Congress now seem completely unwilling to protect our 250-year-old democracy.
Are these GOP doxies greedy, fearful, just stupid, or some combination of all of the above?
Many GOP voters may think my comments ridiculous since we have seen a number of media attacks and legal restrictions placed on his actions some with inadequate restraining effect.
Judges have ordered Trump’s name to be removed from the Kennedy center also suspending his outrageous attempt to set up a slush fund of $1.776 billion for those who brutalized police on January 6th, 2021, but of course we don’t know the permanence of these judiciary actions because of one simple fact.
A federal judge ordered that President Trump’s name be removed from the Kennedy Center within two weeks and that officials halt its plan to close the venue for two years.

The GOP members of Congress are almost entirely proving to be traitors to the oaths they took to protect and defend their voters’ rights.
The overwhelming failure of GOP elected Members of Congress like Senator Thune and Speaker of the House Mike Johnson seem willing at every opportunity to back the traitorous behavior of Trump.
However, every generation produces special people like Cicero, a senator, lawyer and public orator in Rome in 106 BC who paid with his life after saying …
“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers, rushing through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself.”

I don’t think the midterm elections are going to entirely stop this overwhelming assumption of power by Trump and his billionaires who have decided power and money are more important than democracy.
We will soon see the ruination of our media such as the castration of the primary CBS owned “60 Minutes” and the same willingness to limit free speech of other media organizations fearing lawsuits.
There seem to be no Democrat leaders who are willing to call these GOP opponents what they are proving to be “traitors”!!
They are complete traitors to the founding principles of our Republic, and they seem to be winning with their corrupt unwillingness to act.
This is not a matter of which party you belong to, as this is a matter of saving the basic principles of a government which our founders put together despite their flaws and inconsistencies, which will be celebrated on July 4 in a shower of money featuring the master dictator Donald Trump!!
After he was found liable of sexually abusing E. Jean Carroll, Donald Trump is now using the Department of Justice — now led by his former personal lawyer — to go after her. It's disgusting, and no president should be able to abuse the powers of the executive in this way.…

His devoted 20% who are MAGA voters, trapped in Trump fantasies, acting as though they are uneducated or stupid.
Far too many Americans know what is happening, but most seem to be unwilling to take any personal risk to change things. Maybe at the midterms, but numbers are still close on both sides.
Some of us fortunately are willing to demonstrate against evil institutions like ICE or the behavior of key Trump controlled offices such as the Attorney General of the United States, Trump’s former personal attorney or the head of the FBI who refuse to follow up on exposed criminality.
Does the Supreme Court of the United States deserve the same traitor label?
Where do you stand?
