In several earlier OP Eds I surmised that Trump started the Iran War because of his fear of what would be revealed as more and more comes out with the release of the Jeffrey Epstein files.

Now the war in Iran, the obvious cover-up with the further release of the Jeffrey Epstein files now others have increasing reason to confirm my guess.

Representative Jamie Raskin on Monday, March 9 afternoon “theWeeknight” program on MS Now agreed with one of his interrogators that Trump could well have feared the further revelations coming out on the Jeffrey Epstein files so much that he started the war against Iran. Also on his 3/9 program ‘the last word”, Lawrence O’Donnell voiced the same implication about Trump’s possible basis for starting the Iran war.

Trump’s main issue which led to his growing power commenced with Trump‘s claim that immigrants were flooding our country and bringing crime and drugs and needed to be substantially stopped.

His predecessor Biden had permitted a huge surge in immigration during his term, and this blended perfectly with Trump’s efforts to attack. The immigration surge turned out as always to bring people of many races, not all white, which seems to be Trump‘s primary criteria for entry.

Then we had a massive march of right wing activist on Charlottesville, Virginia when Trump was able to describe the event as populated with “good people on both sides”.

And since Trump decided that Diversity, equity and integration (DEI) must be erased from use in every institution It wasn’t enforced by the threat of losing funding from the government.

Historically it can be argued that we are all immigrants, including those that came initially over the land bridge from Asia to the United States. However, as the European immigration began witn Columbus, there is no argument that the huge flow of immigrants from all over the world brought talents and energy that made the USA under a constitutional democracy the most powerful and successful country in the history of the world.

I found another interesting article, and it give me the breakdown of what primary languages were spoken in the US out of over hundreds of possibilities.

English remains the main language, and people would obviously vote for Spanish as being the second most used language out of the 13 listed.

Then in his first term we had a massive march of right-wing activists in Charlottesville, Virginia when Trump was able to describe the event as populated with “good people on both sides”. He has since frequently demonstrated that he is a virulent racist.

As since he has decided of that, DEI must be erased from use in every institution accommodated by the threat of losing funding from the government.

Historically it can be argued that we are all immigrants, including those that came initially over the land bridge from Asia to the United States. However, as we studied European immigration, it could be pleasantly argued at a huge flow from Europe, created conditions where we ultimately benefited the US hugely!!!

I found another interesting article and give me the breakdown of what primary languages were spoken in the US out of over hundreds of possibilities.

Of course English remains the main language and 13 other languages are spokenby millions, English is used in most occasions by 78% of those living in the United States, which hardly risks the loss of its dominance anytime soon.

Now Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) inflicted by Trump in Minneapolis, Minnesota and threats of expanded ICE use throughout the country in Democratic states confirms his efforts at racism — he likes white people — and his new brand of authoritarianism by sending ill trained ice agents to make our cities unsafe by killing or attacking and deporting many citizens. Major citizen demonstrations against this agency have proven that citizens still care deeply and will continue to care as we approach the midterms.

Read about ICE detention activities here.

The number of people held in ICE detention on any given day increased by over 75% in one year.

By November 2025, ICE used 104 more detention facilities than at the year’s start, a 91% increase. The Trump administration’s “at-large” arrests rose 600%, driving higher federal law enforcement activity. With the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, ICE can operate over 135,000 beds through FY 2029. These changes led to a 2,450% rise in daily detentions of people without criminal records.

Immigration was Trump’s most popular issue, but now he has done so many other evil unconstitutional acts that immigration has diminished in polls.

Now, of course, Trump has employed germander to take more GOP votes in several states. No one knows exactly ohh that will work out because other presumably democratic states Such as California have tried to work on the same strategy. His other attempts to take federal control of state elections show how desperate Trump has become as he now freely admits that he is likely to be impeached if the Democrats control the house in the midterm elections.

Now a new war in Iran, the obvious cover-up in the release of the Jeffrey Epstein files, keeping the dictators in place in Venezuela, and on and on. Will he and his fellow criminals get their comeuppance? The jury is still out.
